Fundraising Dinner to Benefit Christopher Sparkman, July 27thWritten on July 22, 2015
Come help us support this good cause! On July 27th, The Silverbach Group hopes you will join us at the fundraising dinner at Aspens Steak house, along with ADIO Chiropractic, and partnering with other small businesses in the area, to help Chris and Jamie Lynn Sparkman.
If you will remember, in April 2014, Christopher Sparkman was shot multiple times while working as a security guard at a Cobb County FedEx facility. As if the physical pain wasn’t enough, Christopher and his wife, Jamie Lynn have found themselves in a financial bind with all of the surgeries, loss of work and mounting bills. The medical expenses are covered, but there is little money for day-to-day living expenses. Christopher has been hospitalized on and off for over a year and has endured 32 surgeries since the incident on April 29, 2014.
Jamie Lynn had to quit her job as a special needs teacher to care for her husband, who has been denied disability benefits twice. Their only source of income has been small weekly benefits of workman’s comp from Allied Barton, and benevolent gifts provided by contributors.
The cost of the dinner is $35 Per Person*
